Today is the 7th day of my Japan trip or you can say Chiba and Tokyo trip so far. In these few days, I met some new friends and happy to see some old face again.

On the 1st day, Shima, Jen and Yos met us at the airport and drove us to Kashiwa. On the way, I experience a bit of Japan countryside. It seems like a bit different from what tourist would do. We went to stadium to play basketball and Shima drove more than 2 hours from Kashiwa to somewhere near Tokyo Bay- Ikea. It seems to be the larger Ikea in Asia or in the world. We had a decent dinner at Shima's home and Yumi came over and cooked for us. It was really yummy but even better Jen joined us too at the end.

I didn't know much about Japanese culture but I am now quite surprised about the people here are so claim and so passive. It is the first time I really feel and I didn't feel in my last visit. Every greeting is like robot in the shop and it just seems like what they must have to do. It is completely different from Hong Kong but also different from other Asia countries which I have been.

It has been two months... I will make another trip to Japan from 24/6 to 11/7. Hopefully, I will manage to see my Burmese friend which I met in Mandalay - Kyi Chan Ko. He is such a nice guy to bring me to Mandalay Hill and brought me to a lot of local food stall. I always think we will see each other again. Wish I can introduce him to Nic too.

After I came back, Nic bought me a new Canon 8800F scanner. I think I've mentioned it already but I was a bit lazy to use. Today, I found out my only SLR camera doesn't work anymore and just before I am ready to go another trip. I have no money to get a new one now. The worst thing is I didn't use my 24mm len last time and finally gave me a lot of limitation. I can't see any chance I can use it this time.

Today, I checked out some negative about Myanmar and Thailand. I really think I should upload and share them with my friends. I really want to show as I feel the mood of traveling when I was looking at the pictures.

I am always not really interested on portrait. I could be the reason why I am not interested to take live shoot and not want to learn a lot about studio lighting. More I want is to learn about how to get the best ambient light and the best composition.

I saw a lot of photos and the photographers did really well on lighting and the effect but the composition is just nothing special. Of course, I am not good too but it totally lost the meaning of "moment". Maybe I am too much inspired by Henri Cartier-Bresson. For those photos with too much photoshop and overdone. I just don't know to how to appreciate. I am learning and trying to do what I want myself to do so I am waiting for my next trip.

In this few weeks, I have been working hard on looking for another job. I honestly tell you I don't know which one is the best for me. I met my secondary school teacher - Stephen. He really likes traveling and went to so many different countries and cities I have been dreaming to go. He told me one thing - it is never to late to work and look for a job. I am thinking...

A few of my friends just graduated and also started looking for job. I wish they can get what they want to do and what are the best for them.

Here are some more photos from the trip. I will upload and album or sideshow later soon and before my next trip. It really takes them to scan...
